Terms & Conditions — SMS/MMS Messaging

The following Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Betta Health Systems text messaging program. By opting in to receive SMS/MMS messages from us, you agree to these terms.
1. Program Description
Betta Health Systems offers an SMS/MMS messaging program to help patients stay informed about their healthcare. When you opt in, you may receive text messages from us related to:
- Appointment Reminders: Notifications about upcoming scheduled appointments
- Booking Confirmations: Confirmation messages when appointments are scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled
- Promotional Messages: Special offers, healthcare tips, and information about new services
2. Consent and Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our website, filling out an in-office form, or verbally consenting, you expressly agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Betta Health Systems at the mobile number you provided.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. You are not required to opt in to our messaging program in order to receive healthcare services.
- Online: Via a clearly labeled opt-in checkbox on our website booking or contact forms
- In-Office: Via a signed patient intake or consent form during your visit
- Verbal: With documented verbal consent provided to our staff
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and preferences. Typically, you can expect:

4. Opt-Out Instructions
You will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. After that, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you choose to opt in again.

You will receive a message with our contact information and instructions for how to opt out. You may also contact us directly using the information below.
6. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges for text messages are determined by your mobile carrier and your wireless plan. Betta Health Systems is not responsible for any messaging or data charges incurred by your carrier.
7. Supported Carriers
Our messaging service is supported by all major U.S. carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and their affiliates. Carrier support may change at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No wireless carrier is responsible for the content of messages sent through this program.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or any personal information collected through this messaging program with third parties for their marketing purposes.

10. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age (or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian) to participate in our messaging program. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or that you have obtained parental/guardian consent.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted. Your continued participation in our messaging program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of material changes via text message when feasible.
